Using the latest German research and development results, using graphene, carbon nanotubes and twenty kinds of trace metal elements, through a special spraying process, evenly attached to the PET film, the thickness is less than 0.5mm, the product is powered by 24V voltage. The core of the system is a new nano carbon fiber composite film of about 0.1 mm thick and about 600 mm wide. By applying a voltage to the conductive fiber of the carbon material, it is possible to efficiently radiate heat energy in an infrared manner. The film is a very dense mesh structure that ensures uniform heating and material damage.
The entire system is simple in structure and consists of a membrane, a transformer, a temperature controller and a power cord. The film has a heating capacity of 60 watts to 220 watts per square meter. The thin film radiant heating system is designed as a low temperature surface radiant system using a safety extra low voltage (SELV) generated by a safety isolating transformer.
